Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will play a key role in generating interest and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, handling rejection, and maintaining a positive attitude while interacting with potential clients. You will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to schedule appointments, engaging with prospects, and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Calling: Make 75-100+ daily calls to potential clients or leads to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and determine if they qualify for an appointment.
- Script Adherence: Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
- Data Entry: Accurately record call details, appointment information, and other relevant data into our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as needed to confirm appointments, address questions, and maintain engagement.
We provide a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for growth and professional development. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and a bonus structure that rewards outstanding performance.
Requirements- Experience: Previous experience in an outbound call center, high-volume inside sales, or telemarketing role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
- Resilience: Strong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-volume calling environment.
- Organization: Effective time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other call center tools.
