Job Overview

Ladybird Taco is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, fostering a positive and welcoming environment, and embodying our core values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the lobby, bathrooms, and patio
  • Operate the POS register with accuracy and efficiency, handling guest transactions with a smile
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, ensuring guests have a memorable experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, supporting a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity
