Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team as a Product Specialist. As an Assembly Technician with NW Service Enterprises, Inc., you will work on-site at major retailers such as Home Depot and Lowe's, assembling various products and displays. Your expertise will be utilized to assemble barbeque grills, wheelbarrows, toolboxes, patio furniture, lawn/garden equipment, and seasonal products.

With our piecework pay model, you can earn up to $30 per hour based on your productivity building merchandise. As you gain experience and develop good habits and techniques, you will increase your speed and earning potential.

• Provide high-quality assembly and repair services for products and merchandise, adhering to manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, building strong relationships with clients.
• Communicate effectively with Retailer management to confirm build lists and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Maintain open communication with Area Managers regarding project updates.
• Evaluate and maintain a safe and clean workspace, ensuring a positive build area for clients.

• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Possess basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, and mechanical aptitude.
• Have access to a smartphone and email account.
• Utilize internet access via a smartphone or mobile device.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work on feet for extended periods.
• Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
• Experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
