Job Summary

The Branch Sales Manager position at Coastline Equipment is a senior leadership role that oversees the sales functions of our entire branch. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing sales professionals, and fostering strong relationships with customers and OEM partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and coach sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Travel with outside sales personnel to assess performance and build customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Parts Managers, Service Managers, and Corporate Used Equipment Manager to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
  • Recruit, staff, and develop direct reports to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports to make informed decisions

Compensation:

A competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, plus quarterly sales incentives and annual bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid time off, and paid holidays.
