Grocery Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Meat Department Associate to join our team at WinCo Foods. As a key member of our grocery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our meat department operates efficiently and effectively, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Meat Handling and Preparation: Ensure that all meat products are properly wrapped, weighed, and priced for sale.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate wrapping machines and other equipment to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Product Quality and Selection: Maintain a high level of product quality and selection, ensuring that our customers have access to a wide range of meat products.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
• Previous Grocery Experience: Preferred
• Ability to Lift 50 Pounds: Required
• Excellent Communication Skills: Required
