About the Role:

  • Teach a variety of levels and ages swimming and safety skills, focusing on building trust and confidence in our students.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to all safety initiatives and requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with students and their caregivers, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age 16 years old.
  • First-Aid/CPR/AED and O2 certification required within 30 days of hire, with paid training provided.
  • Credentialled through SSI, with completion of training and apprenticeship prior to independent teaching.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
