Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Nurse Resident, you will be part of a supportive community of experienced nurses, nurse educators, and fellow residents who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

  • Assessing patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
  • Performing procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers, accurately documenting all care provided in the patient's medical record.
  • Administering prescribed medications, monitoring patients for therapeutic responses, and promptly notifying providers about any unexpected reactions.
  • Providing exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Taught patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding through clear communication.

Salary Estimate

This role is compensated competitively, with an estimated salary ranging between $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
