At Homewatch CareGivers of South Orange, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Care Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle initial leads and validate client needs
  • Schedule in-person visits to assess client requirements
  • Execute service agreements and build rapport with clients and their representatives
  • Communicate schedule changes and resolve client issues in real-time
  • Collaborate with the Caregiver team to match clients with suitable caregivers
  • Participate in weekly client service meetings and contribute to the development of client care plans
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office products
