As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you'll have the opportunity to jumpstart your sales career and make a real impact. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, driving sales growth and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Work independently in the field, with a company-provided car and a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline
  • Collaborate with the AT&T Sales Management Team to achieve sales goals and objectives

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $40,456 - $50,752, plus $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a tuition reimbursement program and paid time off

Requirements:

  • Some prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • A valid driver's license and a strong ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
