About the Role:
Care 360 Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a STNA, you will provide high-quality patient care, including personal care, vital sign monitoring, and documentation of care provided.
Responsibilities:
- Perform personal care for patients, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Document care provided according to Care 360 Hospice policy
- Report any deviations from the plan of care to the case manager
- Use durable medical equipment safely
- Take vital signs when issued as part of the plan of care
Requirements:
- Licensed Nursing Assistant
- CPR/BLS Certified
- Valid Drivers License and Auto insurance Coverage
- Reliable transportation
- Hospice experience preferred
