Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales and Service Expert to join our team. As a Sales and Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members. You will share your passion for fitness by helping new members get started on their fitness journey and build relationships with our members to drive member acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a genuine, authentic, and engaging guest experience tailored to their unique needs and interests.
- Execute the CARE sales model with each guest and share how 24 Hour Fitness' products and services can meet their fitness needs.
- Contact potential members by phone to invite them into our club and manage and follow up on leads using our Lead Management System.
- Generate leads and new business internally through member promotions, referrals, and contacting leads generated via phone.
- Authentic, sincere, and open-minded with a genuine interest in helping others.
- Strive to excel, exceed goals, and have a can-do attitude.
- Love to achieve or exceed sales goals and have a genuine interest in helping others.
- 1-2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
- Free Club Membership for all team members and their eligible dependents.
