Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our pool deck, as well as providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck to maintain a safe and clean environment for guests
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in the event of an emergency
  • Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility
  • Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services
  • Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • CPR Certification and First Aid Certification required
