Executive Leasing Director

We are committed to providing a competitive compensation package, which includes a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of leasing production at one of our apartment communities, working closely with the Regional Manager to achieve high occupancy rates and maximize rental revenue. Key responsibilities include supervising a team of leasing and marketing personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor a team of leasing and marketing professionals to ensure seamless execution of leasing operations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
