Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Acadia Healthcare. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls, take messages, and provide general information to staff, clients, and the public.
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail, send outgoing mail, and manage visitations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist internal and external customers.
  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
