Critical Care Specialist

**Job Summary:**
Health Advocates Network is seeking a skilled Critical Care Specialist to join their team in Richland, WA. This full-time contract position requires at least 2 years of recent acute care experience.
Salary Information: Up to $96,000 per year based on experience and location.
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care services as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make informed decisions to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an American Medical Association (AMA) approved Respiratory Care program.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in the state of Washington.
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and BLS, ACLS, PALS for Health Care Providers.
