Job Summary:

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care, utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process.
  2. Work closely with other members of the healthcare team to achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  4. Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; Associate or Diploma degree in nursing accepted with enrollment in an accredited BSN program within two years.
  • A minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required.
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
