We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Optimal Wireless. As a sales advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers leave our store satisfied
  • Strive to retain and gain customers through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Participate in outside sales events or promotions to increase brand awareness
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and contribute to a positive working environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year retail experience in sales or customer service
  • Minimum one year experience handling cash transactions
  • Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred)
  • Ability to lift 25lbs
  • Bilingual (Spanish required)
