About the Job

Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals. You will be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating new business leads through various prospecting tactics and working every lead from initial contact to sale.
  • Developing and implementing a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within their assigned territory.
  • Actively supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing-cycle model preferred.
  • Business-to-business sales experience preferred.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
