Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality treatment to assigned students
• Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist on patient progress
• Document and analyze treatment effects
• Communicate with families through family-friendly language during IEP meetings
• Contribute to building a positive, supportive, and learning culture through collaboration and ongoing communication between school personnel and families
• Maintain accurate records of therapy minutes and report due-dates
• Complete necessary Medicaid billing according to school deadlines and procedures

Requirements:
• Associate's degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program from an accredited college or university
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the State of Ohio
• Valid Driver's license
• FBI and BCI background check (can be completed upon hire)
• Professional Liability Insurance, recommended by governing body
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and safe working practices
• Must be able to handle stressful situations
• Compatible with company culture and core values
