Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator provides comprehensive support to company employees, addressing their concerns and initiating HR-related programs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service to employees, both in the HR office and on the plant floor, with a focus on spending daily time in the plant to connect with internal customers.
  • Reviews the timekeeping program weekly to ensure timely warnings and makes corrections as needed.
  • Assists with recruiting and new employee orientation as required.
  • Orders and tracks employee uniforms, escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Works with security access software to create badges for employees and temps, adhering to policy regarding contractor badges and visitor policy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Two plus years of Human Resources experience
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
