As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and fulfillment of our Quality Policy. You'll work in partnership with our Operations and Engineering teams to ensure that products and processes conform to applicable standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform receiving inspection and transactions in internal systems.
  • Conduct in-process inspections as required.
  • Perform Final QA Audit of Product as needed.
  • Knowledge of hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gages.
  • Maintain Receiving inspection files.
  • Pull prints from files or electronic database.
  • Interface with Purchasing, Engineering, and Shipping/Receiving departments.
  • Be flexible in schedule and available for Saturdays and OT as needed.
Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years in engineering/manufacturing/QA inspection and test.
  • This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge and use of basic hand tools and measuring tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic mathematic skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and follow written or verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to read small text and handwriting.
  • Manual dexterity required and able to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Frequently required to stand.
  • The employee must be able to visually examine parts and documents.
  • The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
