Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our infant program. As an Infant Lead Teacher at Cadence Education, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for young children.

• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the unique needs of our infants, promoting cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate records of child progress, sharing milestones with parents through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment that fosters curiosity and exploration, respecting each child's interests and abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood degree or CDA certification preferred.
• At least 18 years old; meet all state requirements for preschool lead teachers.
• Previous experience as an infant teacher; demonstrated classroom management skills a plus.
• Flexibility to work within business hours, with a high level of adaptability and willingness to support the team as needed.
