Maximize Sales Growth with Shamrock Foods

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Sales Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for representing our products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
  • Customer Success: Maintain current customer base and grow the share of their business.
  • Menu Engineering: Support customer menu engineering and ensure waste reduction and improve customer profitability.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons by taking sample product to customers' restaurant or facility.
  • Relationship Building: Build multi-level relationships in the businesses you serve.
  • Technology Leverage: Leverage technology for improved customer efficiency and to drive customer experience enhancements.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to continuously develop skills.

Salary: $50,000 - $120,000 per year based on achievement of performance goals, eventually transitioning to commission-basis.
