We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Team Rehabilitation. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinics.

Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring effective treatment plans and achieving desired health outcomes.
- Treat patients, address their concerns, and educate them on their condition, progress, and potential outcomes.
- Supervise aides when providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, and assist with setup and cleanup duties.
- Evaluate patient progress, revise treatment plans, and reset goals as necessary.
- Determine discharge eligibility and document timely, accurate notes.
- Maintain productivity levels, aiming for 55-60 treatments plus evaluations per week from a full-time therapist.
- Collaborate in developing protocols for common diagnoses and participate in research studies supported by the clinic.
- Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting or prior experience in a Team Rehab clinic.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
