Job Description

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients heal and achieve their goals. As a Physical Therapist at Balance Within, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from chronic to acute cases, and provide high-quality care in a private pay setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients, using a combination of manual therapies, education, and exercises to promote healing and recovery.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our clinic, including participating in marketing efforts and community outreach.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, with a focus on manual therapies and education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
