Case Manager, Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at The GEO Group, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized case management plans for ISAP participants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and program requirements.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with participants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
- Assist participants with acquiring travel documents, maintaining a log of travel document information.
- Evaluate English proficiency and coordinate translation services as needed.
- Connect participants with community resources, including transportation, medical, and social services.
- Supervise participants in Company offices, establishing schedules for counseling sessions and immigration court appearances.
- Review individual service plans, conduct risk/needs assessments, and write progress reports in compliance with contractual obligations.
- Report program violations in a timely manner, using established reporting parameters.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sociology, psychology, or social work.
- At least two years of customer service or case management experience, preferably in a field related to law, social work, or detention.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required, with the ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.75.
