About the Role
At Spring Systems, we're seeking an EDI Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year.

Job Summary
We provide technical software and services to the retail, fashion, and wholesale industries. As an EDI Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting customer service, preparing and shipping print jobs, and executing reports to match sent transactions with acknowledgments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service
  • Prepare, run, and ship client print jobs
  • Support client requests for transaction processing
  • Assign new UPC codes and load to online catalogs
  • Execute reports to match sent transactions with acknowledgments

Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving techniques
Helpful Skills:
  • Customer service experience
  • Excel or programming experience
  • Previous EDI or shipping experience

About Us
We pride ourselves on building strong business relationships with our customers. Our work schedule is 9-6 plus one late night per week (11-8).
