Business Development Specialist

Nerton Construction is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to play a key role in driving profitable opportunities for our company.
This position requires a go-getter spirit, with responsibilities ranging from developing and executing sales strategies to reporting on sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the construction, architecture, or interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
• Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
• Build positive relationships with existing and potential clients
• Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
• Update client databases and email lists
• Prepare financial projections and sales targets
• Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences
• Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
• Produce reports for management
Requirements:
• Associates Degree at a minimum
• Previous experience in the construction or architecture field is preferred
• Strong multitasking and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Knowledge and interest in Construction Architecture, Millwork, and Design is a must
• A can-do attitude with a passion to grow and excel in this position
• High energy, self-motivated, and a go-getter personality
