We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Project Specialist RN to join our team at a top-ranked Boston Hospital.

About the Role

This is a critical position that plays a key role in ensuring the Medical Center performs at the highest levels on standardized, national measures of clinical care quality in the Department of Surgery.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accurate and timely collection of data from clinical records
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Facilitate the creation and implementation of improvements in care processes

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in quality improvement and patient safety, with a proven track record of implementing successful quality programs.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including compensation over $120k per year, as well as day shift hours and a permanent position.
