IDEA Public Schools seeks an Academic Vice-Principal to lead instructional staff and drive student achievement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and developing teachers to achieve ambitious results
  • Monitoring student progress and ensuring all students are on-track for college
  • Leading the implementation of TEKS-based IDEA curricula and assessments
  • Synthesizing and analyzing data to develop strategies for improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience
  • Teacher leadership or administrative experience
  • Knowledge of core academic subjects and ability to pass an IDEA content assessment
