Home Health Therapist Opportunity in Meridian, Mississippi

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Meridian, Mississippi. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, while enjoying a fulfilling and challenging career.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, they will work to determine a treatment plan, perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluate the patient's progress.
Responsibilities- Evaluate the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs.
- Assist the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care.
- Instruct and inform participating members of the health care team, the patient, and the family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
