Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $5 per hour, with opportunities for quarterly pay increases. Additionally, employees will receive double pay on holidays worked. Furthermore, Direct Care Team Members are eligible for a perfect attendance incentive, earning an additional $5 per hour for all hours worked paid each payday.

Job Description
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Majestic Care of Deming Park, you will be responsible for assisting in nursing operations under the direct supervision of the nursing staff. Your primary duties will include providing high-quality patient care, maintaining a clean and healthy environment, and possessing a compassionate demeanor. You will also be required to build rapport with residents and other care team members, as well as work effectively within a team setting. Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid CNA certification. In addition, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A caring and empathetic attitude towards patients is crucial for success in this role.
