Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the alignment of technology with Human Resources goals and objectives at Rite-Hite Holding Corp. The successful candidate will have experience collaborating with HR functional experts, including payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, talent management, onboarding, and HR Business Partners as well as IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, develop, and implement processes in collaboration with the HR team to ensure standardized practices.">
  • Assist in achieving Human Resources goals and objectives through effective alignment of technology.">
  • Ensure data integrity, security, accessibility of actionable data, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.">
  • Maintain data integrity through thorough testing and audit processes.">
  • Troubleshoot systems as required to identify root cause and implement solutions.">
  • Ensure compliance with laws as they relate to any and all HR data, including but not limited to HIPAA and GDPR.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, and/or Human Resources or any related degree with some specialization in computer-related experience.

A minimum of two years of experience working with global HR applications, preferably including system implementation, is required.

">

Experience with Workday is mandatory, and proficiency in utilizing business software applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), is essential.

Compensation:

">

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
