About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Installation Technician to join our team at Sedona Staffing TX. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical/Mechanical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on-site by utilizing wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings for accurate installations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiently use a volt-ohm-amp meter and apply skills comparable to car audio technicians or security alarm technicians.
  • Physical Requirements: Perform heavy lifting as required for equipment installation and maintain physical fitness for demanding fieldwork.
  • Work Environment: Work in a smoke-free environment, adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, and adapt to varying work environments and project requirements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and clients, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent and technical certification in electrical/mechanical fields is a plus.
  • Background Check and Drug Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check and be subject to random drug screening.
