Job Summary

We're seeking an Account Executive to join our Consumer team, working on select well-known beauty brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional who wants to be part of a fun-loving team that encourages critical thinking and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service and account management
  • Multitask across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely deliverables and consistent client and internal communication
  • Work on influencer campaigns from start to finish, including compiling rosters, conducting outreach, negotiating, contracting, crafting briefs, reviewing content, and managing live dates
  • Analyze and report on campaign results, identifying key learnings to inform future tactics
  • Collaborate with agency partners, including paid media, organic social, and shopper, to optimize campaigns
  • Participate in creative concepting for campaigns and experiential moments
  • Drive significant media placements across print, online, and broadcast through active pitching and out-of-the-box press activations
  • Engage with key media to build relationships and brand affinity
  • Help produce influencer and press events, including managing vendors, designing branded elements, and overseeing logistics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years' dedicated experience in influencer marketing and traditional PR, working as part of an integrated agency team (IAT) a plus
  • Experience managing and mentoring 1-2 direct reports
  • Proven ability to effectively organize multiple deadlines across accounts and teams
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator, creative thinker, and advanced writer
  • Reliable industry relationships (media, influencers, etc.)
  • Experience building client relationships and client comms
