Our team consists of nearly 25 employees, including architects, drafters, site planners, permitting experts, and administrative staff. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Creative Architect Lead to join our team. This role will oversee the development of architectural drawings, specifications, and approvals, as well as assist in design development and review of planning concepts and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated proficiency in using advanced techniques and diverse architectural knowledge of principles and practices.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will directly supervise architects, designers, and technicians, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops architectural drawings to communicate planning concepts for project documentation and construction.
  • Prepares and develops architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc.
  • Assists in the design development, and/or review planning concepts and solutions.
  • Exhibits diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices, uses advanced techniques, and has responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and material approval.
  • Supervises and guides overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters to ensure project and company goals and initiatives align with the Lenity way.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university
  • Licensed or non-registered graduate certification
  • 6+ years of experience
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
