We are seeking a board-certified primary care MD or DO to work with geriatric patients in a telehealth setting. The ideal candidate will have a New York State license and be able to work remotely any day of the week.

- No on-call hours
- In-person/in-home hours available Monday-Friday
- Mileage covered for in-home visits
