Inizio Engage is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Cell Therapy Navigator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in educating physicians and oncology healthcare providers about novel cell therapies and how to access them at authorized treatment centers.

As a Cell Therapy Navigator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering in-depth product knowledge, and educating on authorized treatment centers where patients can receive lifesaving therapy. You will also foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals by providing knowledge, experience, and information across cross-functional teams in a compliant and timely way with a strong sense of urgency.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of current or previous nursing experience, preferably in oncology, metastatic melanoma, or cell therapy. A BSN or equivalent degree is preferred, along with previous clinical education, pharmaceutical sales, and/or field reimbursement experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to present to various audiences are essential. The ability to demonstrate effective professional communication, organizational skills, and independence as a self-starter are also necessary.

Job Description
  • Educate high-opportunity community oncology practices and HCPs on the FDA-approved label, including indication, clinical data, safety, and key messages.
  • Demonstrate passion and compassion for patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma.
  • Briefly Describe your marketplace, therapeutic, product, and disease expertise based on thorough understanding of scientific principles and data.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians/HCPs office staff and others in the patient care continuum.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $85,000-$115,000, depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
