Insurance Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Insurance Broker to join our team at The Metzen Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, following our sales process and system to achieve success, and being coachable and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master our sales system, schedule appointments, and meet with clients virtually to provide personalized insurance solutions.
• Develop and foster strong relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected.
• Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual goals.
• Track progress and results to provide valuable insights for coaching and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with product and carrier knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Suite.
