Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Hendricks Regional Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in radiography and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality MRI procedures, ensuring accurate and safe imaging results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, enabling accurate image interpretation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding throughout the imaging process.
  • Assume responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of our imaging services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in radiography or a related field.
  • Current certification as an R.T.(R) ARRT, with MR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in radiography, with a strong foundation in cross-sectional anatomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
