About the Job

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Inpatient Spinal Cord Injury Physical Rehab Unit, 6N. As a valued member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients with spinal cord injuries.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including ventilator/trach management, SCI retraining, wound prevention, and specialty treatment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including PT/OT, speech therapy, art & music therapy, and dieticians.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
  • Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
About the Opportunity

This role offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $112,000 per year, depending on experience, plus industry-leading benefits, including tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, professional certification incentives, and medical/dental insurance. You will also participate in the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (OPERS).
