Job Summary:

RFK Community Alliance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Assistant to support students with diverse social, emotional, and learning disabilities in our therapeutic day school. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to implement and evaluate daily lesson plans, providing instruction and guidance to students to help them meet their academic, social, and emotional development goals.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong commitment to supporting students with special needs. A high school diploma is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You must be 21 years old and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with students with disabilities is an asset, but not necessary.
