Our expert care is available for medically fragile children and complex adults, providing support with various medical needs, including tracheostomy maintenance, ventilator support, and medication administration. We work closely with families, doctors, and healthcare providers to create personalized care plans.

We are seeking part-time LPNs to join our Private Duty Nursing department in Newark, Wilmington, or Kent/Sussex Delaware. This exciting opportunity offers:

* Schedule flexibility

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide overnight care while parents and caregivers sleep, ensuring patient safety and comfort

* Administer medications and other prescribed treatments as ordered

* Coordinate care with the family, patient's physician, and other healthcare professionals

* Create positive relationships by serving in a compassionate, responsive, and courteous manner

Requirements:

* Delaware LPN license with one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred

* Associate's degree or completed an accredited LPN education program

* Work experience in an acute or chronic care facility, or home health agency is preferred

* Previous Home Healthcare and Long Term Care experience preferred

* Ability to attend a two-week daytime orientation in our Camden office, followed by patient-specific field orientation on night shift

* Mandatory weekend per month
