Job Title: Bilingual Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Bilingual Therapist to provide therapeutic support and counseling services to our parents and children at the Stay Over Program.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Therapist will conduct psychological assessments and provide therapy in both English and Spanish language. They will develop and implement individualized cultural appropriate treatment plans based on each patient's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Use a variety of therapeutic techniques, considering cultural and linguistic differences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of clients' progress.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensed.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trained on Trauma Informed approach.
