  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide unparalleled customer service by adhering to our Service Foundation principles, ensuring every guest is treated with respect and dignity to foster strong relationships.
    • Respond to incoming calls, voicemails, and emails promptly and professionally.
    • Make boarding reservations, schedule grooming, training, and temperament test appointments, and arrange daycare reservations with precision.
    • Manage cash, check, and credit card transactions, and reconcile reports with accuracy.
    • Greet clients and their pets by name regularly, demonstrating a personal touch.
    • Collect and input all relevant information related to a pet's visit, ensuring accuracy, including client and pet details.
    • Collaborate closely with staff to address client and pet needs, concerns, and preferences.
    • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of services offered at PetSuites and provide tailored solutions to clients' needs.
    • Obtain vaccination records from veterinary offices and update them in our computer system.
    • Assist in managing waitlists during peak periods and optimize room utilization.
    • Serve as a liaison between veterinarians, clients, and emergency contacts, keeping all parties informed of ongoing issues.
    • Initiate 'white glove' treatment for our best clients, securing reservations before peak seasons.
    • Promptly address and resolve customer relations issues, adhering to our empowerment goals.
    • Maintain the facility's cleanliness and safety standards, reporting low inventory levels to the on-duty manager.
    • Ensure common areas remain well-maintained, clean, and free from hazards.
  • A Day in the Life: You'll arrive at work with a smile, ready to help our pet parents and their furry friends. You'll wear our branded gear and manage our lobby and curbside service, greeting guests and solving their needs. Your goal is to provide personalized service, answering phones, taking dogs to their destinations, and documenting your interactions. You'll interact with clients, their pets, and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll also be prepared to handle unexpected situations and provide solutions to our clients' needs.
