Job Title: Director of Behavioral Health

United American Indian Involvement (UAII) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Behavioral Health to lead our Behavioral Health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all aspects of UAII's Behavioral Health policies, objectives, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Behavioral Health policies and procedures
  • Lead the Behavioral Health team and provide clinical supervision
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisor to set vision for BH services and develop annual workplans
  • Represent UAII at community events, meetings, and program reviews
  • Ensure the integration of services and maintain high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience post-licensure
  • 5+ years of management experience in clinical service management
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with underserved populations
  • Knowledge of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA)
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations and community groups
