Store Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Lead to join our Proper Food team in New York. As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for leading our store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Lead and motivate store team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure store appearance and cleanliness meet company standards.
- Process guest orders, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum of store leadership experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Dependable, flexible, and adaptable with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
