Dental Care Specialist

At Pine Dentistry & Braces, a Benevis company, we are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care to underserved families in a compassionate environment.
About the RoleWe are committed to promoting oral health and wellness in our communities. As a Part-Time Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of your team. Our practice utilizes advanced dental technologies, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and yearly OSHA and HIPAA training.
You will work in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation. Our office flow is designed to ensure efficient patient care, with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
This position offers opportunities for professional growth and mentoring, as well as student loan repayment assistance up to $500/month for specific locations. We also offer a guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, making it an attractive career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, working collaboratively with our experienced support staff.
- Participate in morning huddles to plan your day, highlight great examples of customer focus, collaboration, and meeting goals.
- Leverage our advanced dental technologies, including digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA only).
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
- A competitive estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000 based on experience and qualifications.
