Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our team at The Campbell s Company. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive salary range of $56,700-$81,500 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes to support production activities associated with the Pilot Plant and R&D Operations.
  • Perform set-ups and changeovers of all machines in accordance with schedule demands, ensuring efficient production operations.
  • Provide technical support to operations teams, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce the risk of equipment failure.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent with some college-level studies is required; a Technical Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Systems is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility, preferably in a maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers, machine interface programming, mechanical, and electrical tools and instruments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This is a plant-based manufacturing environment, with minimal travel requirements (less than 5%). The employee will be exposed to various work conditions, including moving mechanical parts, high places, and potential electrical shock risks. Regular safety training and protocols will be provided to ensure a safe working environment.
