Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Director to oversee and support our company's sustainability processes and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to reduce our environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce our environmental impact
Oversee multiple sustainability programs and initiatives across different departments or business units
Engage with stakeholders, including investors, regulators, customers, and other external parties, to promote our sustainability efforts
Coordinate and support our sustainability processes and initiatives
Analyze external market activities, peer sustainability initiatives, and legislative and executive branch sustainability developments and initiatives
Make recommendations for courses of action and strategies to enhance our sustainability profile
Liaise with internal shareholders to collect, verify, and analyze sustainability data

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, with a focus or coursework in sustainability-related research or a related discipline
8+ years of relevant experience
Experience in a consultant, research, government, or analyst role
Demonstrated capability in and familiarity with sustainability initiatives
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
Planning, organization, and time management skills
